Release Agreements (Waivers)

Please ensure your read the Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (“waiver”) before you register and pay for your course. Do not print and sign, you will do this in the presence of your guide on the day of your reservation. If the participant is under 19 years of age, their parent/legal guardian will be required to be present to sign on their behalf. The waiver is required to participate in the course. It is a legal agreement – please read it carefully!
