Release Agreements (Waivers)

Please ensure you read the applicable Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement(s) (“Waiver(s)”) before you register and pay for your trip or course. Do no print and sign – you will be sent a link to the Winter Wilderness Activities Waiver to complete it electronically prior to your trip/course; for an AST course you will also be required to complete the AST Program Waiver on paper in the presence of your guide at the start of the course. If the participant is under 19 years of age, their parent/legal guardian will be required to be present to sign on their behalf. The Waiver(s) are required to participate in the trip/course. It is a legal agreement – please read it carefully!
